New Jersey American Water will be conducting routine flushing of the water distribution system in Delran to provide you with high-quality water service.
WHEN
Monday, September 14th through Sunday, October 11th
Flushing will occur between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You may notice reduced water pressure or discolored water when crews are working in your area.
IF YOUR WATER IS DISCOLORED
Run the cold water taps only, at the lowest level of your house, for about 3 to 5 minutes until the water runs clear. Please also refrain from doing laundry during that time.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
Please do not approach crews while they work. Flushing also allows New Jersey American Water to test and maintain fire hydrants.
