Winter Storm Information
Attention Delran Residents:
If possible, please remove your car from the street to allow the Township crews to completely plow the street.
Please do not blow or shovel snow back onto the road.
Once the storm has passed, please be sure to clear all snow and ice off vehicles before venturing out.
If you experience a loss of power, please call PSEG at 1-800-436-PSEG (7734).
If you are a resident that relies on life sustaining medical equipment, please call the Police Non-Emergency line (856)461-4444 so that your residence can be listed as a priority for power restoration.
If you have a fire hydrant on your property, please help out the Delran Fire Department by removing accumulated snow from around the hydrant whenever possible.
Be sure not to go near any downed wires and contact 911 AND 1-800-436-7734 immediately to report any downed wires.
Please make sure to charge your electronic devices and keep a battery powered flashlight in reach.
To prevent carbon monoxide poisoning, do not run any gasoline-powered generators in a garage or other enclosed space.
In the event of significant snow or ice, please avoid driving unless necessary so that our first responders can respond to necessary emergencies.
The Township crews will be working around the clock to completely open up the roadways.
Trash collection is delayed by one day for the entire week.
As always, Delran Township Police Department, Delran Fire Department, and the Delran Emergency Squad will be available to address any emergencies that arise.
